Perry & Steyn Physiotherapist are a local Physiotherapy Practice that focusses on helping patients deal with their pain.

A well-established practice with an positive and well-entrenched reputation, they came to me for a website redesign because their existing site didn’t give customers a clear idea of their offering.

I always love creating clarity and I took these clients through a process to define some of their patients’ worries and concerns so that we could speak into these with solutions.  Perry & Steyn offer meaningful help aimed at improving quality of life and the goal was to create a website that expressed this in a meaningful and authentic way.

Desiré and Wilmarette were great clients to work with and my questions prompted excellent responses from them.  Here is what they had to say about the process:

1. Why is it important for a business like yours to have a website?

Clients are increasingly using the internet to find service providers and need to verify location and contact info and reputation and what is being offered by the service provider. A website then also has to generate trust for the service being offered. Funders and insurance companies also need to verify similar factors and check out service provider that they are referring too.

2. What did you enjoy about the process of working with me to create a new website?

Translating what we do and what a referrer or client needs to see to make use of our service was a challenging and worthwhile exercise.

Even as service providers we have to accept that we are selling a service and advertising our service is a vital part of running a successful business and ensuring ongoing feet through the door.

3. Did the outcome meet your expectations?

Your ability to understand what we do and how to present that in words and pictures so that we feel it represents our business was impressive.

We are grateful for your skills in translating our services in such a way that we can sell ourselves authentically. We feel that the website that you created reflects who we are and also makes us proud of what we do. Thank you!
